Great location, just a short walk from public transportation, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. the apartment had everything we needed for our Christmas stay.
There were a few minor issues such as burnt-out light bulbs and an initial problem with the WiFi that we had to handle ourselves. the check-in process required us to collect the key from a location that was not within walking distance of the apartment.

I recently stayed at Flh Restauradores Modern Studios for two nights and had a great experience. The location was perfect, situated on Avenida de Liberdade and within walking distance to many areas in the city. The value for the price was excellent, and the spacious room was clean and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed having a balcony where I could enjoy my morning tea. The nearby metro stops made it convenient to explore the city. I loved my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Our stay at Flh Restauradores Modern Studios was absolutely fantastic. We were blown away by the unbeatable location right on Restauradores Square, with easy access to metro stops and the Rossio train station. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean, with all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the washing machine with a dryer function, perfect for a long trip. The neighborhood had some excellent bakeries, and a supermarket was just a short walk away. Moreover, the phone call support provided by the hotel was excellent, with availability even late in the evening. we highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Lisbon.
